Refund & Return Policy

At Karanova Mart, we aim to provide quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Product received is defective
✅ Wrong product delivered

We do NOT accept returns for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Wrong size ordered by customer
❌ Color preference issues
❌ Minor thread issues or slight color variation due to screen difference
❌ Refused or rejected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

2. Return Request Time

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel) is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims.

  • Without proper video proof, return requests will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • All tags must be intact

  • Product must be in original packaging

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, refund will be rejected.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

For COD orders, refund will be made via:

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping cost will be borne by us.

  • In other cases, return shipping cost must be paid by customer.

6. Cash on Delivery (Important)

  • Orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for re-shipping without advance payment.

  • Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may result in permanent COD restriction.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
